CGS New Mailing Addresses

We received a request from CGS last week (see below) to please remind all OOS members regarding a number of mailing address changes. These changes went into effect on December 5th but a lot of mail is still coming to the old addresses. In the future, mail sent to the old addresses will be returned to sender.

CGS Communication

Effective December 5, 2011, CGS consolidated our mailroom locations to coincide with the final transition of our J15 segments. Please use the NEW mailing post office boxes listed below. The Chattanooga, TN addresses are no longer valid and in the future, mail sent to those locations may be returned to the sender.  Also, please closely check that you are using the correct address for each inquiry type. When mail is sent to the wrong address for the inquiry type, it results in a delay in processing that inquiry/claim.
